Founder and general manager
After a few years of webdesign experience I founded nedwise together with Rik Schennink. We started working on the first Dutch free online calendar system iAgenda.nl. Applying the freemium model we created DAgenda as a paid business version. During the following years, I was responsible for initiating and managing many other web applications and online communities including: Reluzu, Scrabbin and Innomediary.

Founder and product manager
Together with Remy Boerwinkel, I founded Ventika BV. Ventika is a company providing innovation community software and services. During startup I was responsible for general management and management of the development team (3 FTE).
2010 - 2011
Business consultant and project manager
Tam Tam is one of the largest full service internet agencies in the Netherlands. Worked as business consultant and (scrum-master) project manager for many clients including Nestlé Benelux, DAF Trucks, OgilvyOne and the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. Left Tam Tam because of the sale of Urbika.com to Sdu Uitgevers.
2010 - 2011
Founded a new online open content community for the construction industry named 'Urbika'. The community grew to 75.000 organic visitors a month within a year. Urbika.com was sold to Sdu Uitgevers in March 2011. In 2014 Urbika was merged into de Architect.
2011 - 2012
Online marketing manager
Responsible for online marketing strategy and execution for the construction industry portfolio (amongst others Cobouw, Vastgoedmarkt and de Architect).. Mainly worked on defining and improving E-commerce KPI’s, SEO, SEA, conversion optimization, e-mail marketing, social media strategy and redefining the strategy of the business unit.

Responsible for Change at ABN AMRO Corporate Banking Digital. Working with agile teams on delivering customer value for "tomorrow" and "the day after tomorrow".
2004 - 2007
As I had started my own internet startups I wanted to learn more about entrepreneurship. For this reason I started studying Business Administration at the RSM Erasmus University in 2004. I finished my bachelor courses in 2006 and started the Master Program Business Information Management.
